FRET & RatioTool Acquisition Setup Screen

From FRET & RatioTool's Acquisition Screen, the user can setup and control all the acquisition parameters of a FRET/ratio acquisition experiment. All setup screens can remain open during the acquisition, processing, and analysis procedures for quick and easy changing of parameters.

    Key Features include:

        -Setup Acquisition Parameters for Video and Cooled Digital CCD cameras
        -Setup Parameters for Motorized XYZ Stages
        -Preview the Reference, Numerator, or Denominator image
        -Set length of acquisition in # of frames
        -Setup for time lapse acquisition sequence
        -Acquire Background and Reference Images
        -Acquire a Sample Ratio Sequence

        -Start the acquisition of a ratio sequence
